Hard run to pick up bags

Went hard today, we did the typical very painful stretches. I can feel myself starting to get more flexible. Did a lot of pushups and sit ups, then worked on our katas and basic self defense.

Light jog to set a point, mentoring a newer guy along the way.

Intervals on the track today. Did 200, 400, 600, 400, 200, 200, very hard running. Pretty tight today.
