Was procrastinating all afternoon if I was, or wasn't going for a ride. In the end, I went later in the day, and only did the Juvenile, with a bit of a excursion into town.

Now I'm at home trying to thaw out :)

Just had a call from my Brother, my 2nd youngest nephew has been flown to Royal Children's in Melbourne, after having 3 of his toes chopped of when he was run over by a Lawn Mower, 2 biggest toes are OK. Always worries me when I work up there, with the mass of kids running around, bloody glad it wasn't me driving the mower

2nd leg for Bendigo's M40 team, was the slowest :(

Happy to have the Garmin working again, did some research, then put it into practice, now it all works again, good stuff. Cheaper than buying another one.

Didn't find any satellites, so only HR this time

Up Lawson St to DH, then around the Res on the road. Was going to go bush tracks, but decided that the road was more supportive of the achilles. Pushed it a little harder as I went along, not feeling great, but need to do this type of work. Got to the Centre of Vic in 40 mins :)

WALK 10:01 intensity: (1:46 @1) + (7:52 @2) + (23 @3) 1.08 km (9:18 / km) +21m 8:28 / km
ahr:110 max:137 shoes: Pegasus 27

Walked it for a while, as I was knackered

Came back through the forest, then back down Lawson St to home

7 PM

RUN 40:00 [3] 6.4 km (6:15 / km)
shoes: Pegasus 27

Down at the Lake, Ev, Birch and Moook were there, but no one was feeling like Ints, so we did 2 laps, and then I did 3 surges of 200m during the next lap, then did a final lap with the boys.

Relay teams are all the talk ATM, who is going to run where at the Tan this weekend, Ev, Bryan and Moook not going, but then we are already out of Div 1, so does it matter?

Then when I got home, more bad news, looks like I am going to be dumped from the Oz Champs M21E Relay team, might as well just Can-the-day, and go to Geelong and watch Cadel ride
