Up the ridge to DH, KG, and onto the Channel, took the single track, nice for a change, through to Hunts Gap, then back to KG, and home around the back of the Res

Went to the lake, as I heard that that is were it happens. Warmed up the 1st 1/2 lap with Ilka (she was finishing) to the other side, were I meet up with all the boys, then we were into it, not much warm up, but well.

Leon, Ev and Richard decided to do 3.20's, Rhys and I hang out the back. We did two, before Rhys & I missed one, then we went of 10 secs in front of the others, ran easily with in control, and did the fastest/easiest one for the night, 3.20. So 3 one K reps, good for starters

Bit over a lap of warm down, and called it a night.
