PSEUD-O race (Urban Enduro) 2:00:28 [4] ** 23.6 km (5:06 / km) +340m 4:46 / km
ahr:143 max:161 shoes: Nike Zoom

Keely, Birchy and I went to Melb, and took Troy along to reintroduce him to the sport. From the start, TDH, Birchy and Keely left Bruce, Blair and I behind.
Bruce took a different route, and also the lead, and I caught up to Birchy, who then decided to drop out. Made a mistake soon after, and Blair slipped by. Up front TDH got back onto Bruce, and Keely dropped of then called it a day.
I struggled around to come in 4th, but couldn't break 2 hrs ;-(

MTB 23:50 [3] 9.0 km (2:39 / km)
shoes: Teva #2

Rode over to the Primary Schools Challenge at Kangaroo Flat gardens and home again, Measured exactly 4.5 k each way

ORIENTEERING ◪ race (Bendigo Club Relays) 17:44 [5] 3.62 km (4:54 / km)
shoes: Teva #2

Another new area, just to the east of Wildflower drive, and for something different, it had yellow contour lines, and tracks were white.

Fun event, same as last week, had to race Keely. Got into the map well, 2 felt like it was in the wrong place, cos as I headed for 9, I hit the fence corner. Bit of a hesitation at 11, allowed James Robertson and Keely to get away, but got James as he had to get 7 on the way home.

Knew I was never going to out run Keely on the long leg from 15>home, gave a lot of consideration to doing the loop in the other direction, that way I may have had a chance if he slipped up at 3
