Run with the YM group, started to feel the calf after 15 mins, so stopped at about 30 and walked it home

1st training of any type for the last week.
Took it easy and kept it short

Note

Went to the O event at Sedgwick, but decided not to run as still recovering from last week. 1st real workout for the Bendigo SI set, was a nice day as well, was hard not to go for a trot
