Time to start logging again
Was going to start back in Sept, once the problems had sorted themselves out. But as I wasn't in any shape, even to train, it seemed rather pointless.
Made a New Years resolution to train (do something) at these 15 mins every day, and to run on 5 of the 7 days. See how I go
