Local event at Mt Alexander, very steep, was tough as, worked harder than I wanted to

RUN race 19:50 [4] 5.0 km (3:58 / km)

Ran with my old club, as there race was at the bottom of the Mount. Hard climb up to the minor saddle, Buckell got away from me easily here, but I made a little time on the way down. No need to warm down, as I was worn out
