Event: Australian Rogaining Championships
 

MTB 30:00 [2] 9.0 km (3:20 / km)

15 k road race today, and as I was not running, I road my bike instead. Was meant to be 15k (1hr) but when Troy pulled out at the 9k mark, he took my bike for a warm down.

I had to get a lift back to the finish with Lou
