Ladies 55+ skiing at confed. Lovely warm day but tracks were mostly fine. Worked on diagonal stride uphill. lots of up:) Used Marion's data as I once again forgot to start the Garmin!

It was a hard run today - so the walk home was a little slow!

Running (CRR XC race) 1:01:17 [3] 8.0 km (7:40 / km)

The race was at Nose Hill and Brisbois today - which Calgarians know is all up hill at the start! Add to that the deep snow and uneven footing, making the race a little more challenging than it needed to be. Good news, though - I didn't give up at the 4km mark as Marion says I came in second in my category:)

Lovely day out at West Bragg Creek. But my shoulders felt like I had been lifting weights for hours so the uphills were slow.
