Ran down the south train tracks, really nice and right ankle did ok

White and Green courses, just practiced some orienteering skills. Took our time with these, time estimated.

Red course destroyed all the usmaocers, had to slow down after I rolled right ankle again for the nth time. Did not want to do any damage that I could not work out at PT on Monday, not looking to have to endure Peroneous tendon tear recovery anytime soon. Got stuck with the contours though, was difficult

Overall: tough, but not bad on peroneus tendon (went down slope backwards)
Note: number 6 was one of the hardest intervals that I have ever run, Sam pushed me to the point of almost throwing up, absolutely heinous
