Plan was a gentle ride for the legs, but the Boulie never ends up being that gentle. I think my legs were more sore afterwards! Nice sunset though.

Excursion up Donna Buang.

Legs felt really rubbish on the uphill and ended up walking almost all of it. Turns out it's fairly steep! Jogged most of the way back down, until my right knee started getting angry 2km from the bottom. Very pretty place :)

Did some fartlek from 1km to 4km. Running fast felt like hard work. Stomach very unhappy by the time I got home.
