went out on a map to continue to try and get my quads better, still sore thought, jogged the first 17mins or so and then had to walk jog the rest of the way, my navigation was sloppy.

my legs.. what happens is that after about 15mins my quads start to get pain in them, if i keep trying to run through it, they become more painful until it restricts me to walking and i can hardly bend my legs. they are getting better though and will be good in time for jwoc.
this has been happening everytime i go running since i got hear on wednesday first run was thursday
