did 3 short loops as our training today that was quite cool the vegetation was completely wrong on one, it was good fun and taught us not to trust the vegetation.

the start of running in lithuania... first exersise was just a line course that went through a fair few things.

did some long distance training after part of the line course. this was quite good.

first run in lithuania. just a jog with a few others, had no problems with my quads at all. it was good

went out on a map to continue to try and get my quads better, still sore thought, jogged the first 17mins or so and then had to walk jog the rest of the way, my navigation was sloppy.

Note

my legs.. what happens is that after about 15mins my quads start to get pain in them, if i keep trying to run through it, they become more painful until it restricts me to walking and i can hardly bend my legs. they are getting better though and will be good in time for jwoc.

this has been happening everytime i go running since i got hear on wednesday first run was thursday

got a massage to try and help the legs.. 45mins 22euro(about 40 bucks)

ran on a sprint map got to about the 8th control and got slightest bit sore and i didnt want to push it so i went back to the car.
