Once again leisurely pace since my legs were sore so I practically ran down the mountain and then back up for a workout. I'm liking the mileage that we're putting in now. It's been awhile since I've been able to run a lot.

Pretty relaxing train run. Did not feel like pushing myself and ran by myself. It was nice just being inside my own head for a solid 30+ minutes when I wasn't running with a group.
