Meant to be an hour on the rowing machine, but argued I could cut off at 12km since I was getting some nasty blisters and still the longest I’ve ever rowed.

Not too sure what to keep the pace at so just keeping relaxed. Ended up being at a 2:03.8 pace.

Taped the toe and hoped it would feel a little better

6x ~170m around one of the corners on a football field w/ 50s rest. Just trying to get the legs moving fast again.

Then 6km tempo which ended up being at a 3:38 pace. Intended on just keeping the tempo relaxed, but last km a bit of a grind.

Cut out the last 2 minutes after I stepped on a pine cone. Forefoot did not agree with that and limped my way back to the house.
