6x 2 laps of Sanctuary park (figured would be a little under 5 mins) w/ 1 min rest.

Running opposite direction as usual, so I didn't have the downhill going into the one sharp turn, and left knee now on the outside for the turns.

Had to skirt around people a few times since park fairly busy, but legs feeling relatively nice and picking up the speed as moving along. Interval times:
