Haven't done intervals since before JWOC, so just getting in the gear again.

5x 4 min with 1:30 rest along some paths around a lake.

Went decent enough. First a bit slow around a 3:30 pace, but spend up for the next 4 staying between 3:20-3:24. Also feeling better, just coughing after each interval.
