I wouldn't be running for at least a week, so if I feel good I'll do the 5k trial on Friday. There is also a good chance I take off today, which depends on how good my knee feels cycling, or how ambitious I am to brave a thunderstorm.
Mileage has been really low the past 5-6 weeks, so annoying to injure myself now. I imagine work must have contributed to it. I can sometimes feel my left knee, after a long day at work.
I'm making a mock middle race in the Dundas Valley tomorrow, my knees not feeling too good so I won't run it, which means I'll actually put tape out.
Graeme will run it, but if anyone else wants to join, it'll start from where the bruce trail connects with Govenors road. The forest is a bit scrappier, but its tough to run anywhere else with the Sulphur springs relay on.
Turned around after a couple minutes to stretch, roll out my knee in a hope it would feel a little better. Also took my tights off in place of shorts

Had meant to do 7x8min, but felt terrible, knee was hurting, and started to cramp up on the 4th. I had decided to do an extra 4 minutes after the 4th interval, but abandoned that 1:12 in.

Started off fast, running them in 3:13 twice and 3:15, but my legs were not feeling good so opted to run the next two slower about 3:30, and push on the last 3.
