Ran 2k on the rail trail accelerating up to tempo throughout and felt good so decided why not do a 6k tempo. Legs a bit sore from the lack of use and right leg feeling better then yesterday while running.

Arms froze 20 minutes in thanks to the light drizzle throughout the whole ride and of course my decision one layer was only necessary. Sydenham is fun as long as you're just going down.
