18x500m w/ 45s rest. Was in general aiming for 3:20-3:15 and sped up throughout. I unintentionally ended speeding up to 3 min/km pace the last four, running 1:34, 1:32, 1:32, 1:30. Also not entirely sure what lines to use on the track at the 100m and 300m points so I just ran to the further line to be safe.
