Took the middle terrain harder, some fast open chucks but the green on this map was a bit thicker and more chaotic. Went alright, only made 1 big mistake but relocated quickly.

Got to like any terrain you run sub 4 minute kilometres in. Messed up the 2nd interval at the end where I missed the control but good other then that
