Decided I would take a rest day today, so I could get one more quality week of training in before I leave for Denmark.

Snowshoe raid. First 50 minutes went well. Then made a mistake on a leg where I had not much to go off of being entirely on a hill side. Should have looked up at the bigger features and not dwelled on the non-existence little features on the map. Anyway, we started to get cold/freeze on the leg and needless to say, we crashed and burned from there, collecting 425 of our 800 points in the first 50 minutes

Short run with strides in the middle at Sanctuary. Went slower then intended because of all the half melted ice and trail/rivers.

Did 5 strides 20 minutes into the run. Decided to make a guess at the time and distance and separate it from the other run

6 of the intervals that go along the green above the radial trail. Running them around 3:45-3:49. Deeper snow made parts tougher.

Nice easy run from dad's to mom's house. Had a minute pee break early on and then a couple minute chat with a lady that thought it was nice that some young people were running from place to place, instead of trying to bum the car off their parents.
