6 easy 1km intervals suppose to be around 4 mins but the last two I decided to run a bit harder at 3:30. Also 2 mins rest between each.

15:00 of running 50m down a trail and back while partner planks and then switch when back, 2:00 of burmpees, then 4 times running the interval (more straight up a hill) course which took 42,43,40,41.
