orienteering - General race (X-league) 30:00 [4]

X-league tonight, at Tyandga golf course. I got all the controls tonight (since it's a score-O), however I didn't realise until after that I did the too double black diamond controls in reverse order.

Picking up controls, my right hamsting (just above back of knee) started to hurt as I was running.

Orienteering course set at SFU by Meghan, worked on picking routes where I would flow through the control. I took it at a very slow pace, because my right hamstring was sore from the weekend.
