It was a fun, challenging race in which Owen, Ben, Noah, and I ran together. Next year I'll try to improve my rope climbing (or locking by feet together), to cut down from the 130 burpees.

Altogether the race wasn't too bad, but I felt that I was a bit sloppy on a good number of the legs not picking great attack points, but I felt good that I picked up the pace I ran with the map, looking down at the map less, and simplified the map more.

Went for an easy run down to Mikisew provincial park, ran some trails down there and then back again.
