Horrible run - not feeling good physically going into it - felt really out of breath warming up, and tired in the lungs (legs felt okay). Got to a point of feeling prepared but then was not quite focused at the start. Head was still with other stuff - resulting in the days runs.

Another less than stellar run - just not in a good head space this weekend. Many splits were good. Again, felt slow - running felt strained. Hard to know which other factors beyond the obvious one (thesis deadline) I was letting effect my run.

Just a short run from the Bermans along the Charles and back via CVS (short break there to pick up some stuff) to loosen the legs/body after yesterday's long travel day. Felt like crap, as expected after long travel day, but better near the end of the run.

Travel day - Gtbg - Amsterdam - Boston (Arlington then Cambridge :-) ). And even managed to get some thesis writing done on the plane (I am so proud of myself).

Long route around the back side of Delsjön area - somehow seems like harder work this way around, but maybe that is because of the steep hill at about 1.15 into the run. Felt very tired on this run - maybe side effect from working all weekend on thesis and another paper.
