on the Charles with David. Miller brothers there too. Windy and on the cold side, but not too bad considering. From CRCK up to Rt. 16 in Wellesley, down to Moody St and back to CRCK

Did not feel good. Right achillies is tight, from the O at the weekend, and left foot went to sleep about 10 minutes from the end - on the outside of my foot at the main toe joint. Not sure what that is about, but it has been giving me trouble for a few months now on and off....

Orienteering race 48:54 [4]
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

Green course at Hammond Pond. Couple of navigational issues, and a very tight calf, made this slower than it should have been. At 1, the map is very misleading and the control was on top of the cliff when it suggested it should have been at the bottom - big cliff too! Going from 4 to 5, mistook 13 for 3 and so veered off my route a bunch. Going from 17 to 18 was heading in the right direction and then tried the fine navigation using control 19 and couldn't work out why nothing fitted. Worked it out after a bit.....

Calf was tight from about #5 - thought I may have to stop but it eased off a little and was OK provided I didn't push. Sore now
