The Billygoat

Ran the first 12 controls pretty much with Joe Brautigam, where Greg Balter caught up (he had been around since about #8). Joe ran away on the long leg to 13 and Greg and I finished the course together.

No real mistakes. Route from 20 to 21 was not ideal - should have gone more left of the line off the hill, as where we went down it was steep. Splits will tell how much we lost on Joe on that leg (where he went down the less steep incline)

225 bridge in Carlisle to Monument St Bridge and back again. 47:09 upstream, 39:23 back down
