Run to work with pack. Quite a few extended pauses at traffic lights, and already quite warm with the sun beating down.

Run home from work, with pack. Even though the sun has set, the heat was still on. I was practically dripping sweat by the time I finished, but body and legs generally felt okay for this 2-a-day workout.
