After spending the last few days eating at various Chinese New Year gatherings, Iris and I decided to go out for a long trail run to get in some exercise and burn off some extra fat.
Went to Sai Kung to run Sections 4-5 of the MacLehose Trail. Had a couple detours along the way to visit the top of Ma On Shan and Pyramid Hill. Some steep and rugged segments, but the views were spectacular! Finished the run at Shatin Pass. A bit tired but quite satisfied.
