Chinese New Year Fat Choi Relay

A fun little event amongst friends who could not register for the real Fat Choi Run due to it being full.
A 4-leg relay running a figure 8 loop around Lai Chi Kok Park for 2.8km to symbolize a prosperous and wealthy year for everyone. Went to Siu Tung's place for a gathering afterwards.

甲午新春消脂行大運

After spending the last few days eating at various Chinese New Year gatherings, Iris and I decided to go out for a long trail run to get in some exercise and burn off some extra fat.
Went to Sai Kung to run Sections 4-5 of the MacLehose Trail. Had a couple detours along the way to visit the top of Ma On Shan and Pyramid Hill. Some steep and rugged segments, but the views were spectacular! Finished the run at Shatin Pass. A bit tired but quite satisfied.
