A good course by Kristen, still some heavy underbrush, and some ridiculously rocky steep climbs. Accurate navigation overall, overran 1 control by 50 meters, and on the other, the clue said NE side of knoll, and there I stood gazing at a pile of rocks, sure it was the right spot (it was). Climbed atop the knoll, and there was the control on the N side (Andy had been unable to get the stake in the ground). If i had just turned around i would have seen it. Forest running has improved, but Danny and Ali showed how fast it could be run.

3x(200,200,400), ran with Judy to the track entrance. 55F, so had tights and LS shirt. HRM strap not working. Brisk wind from the NE, so some headwind on the front straight, which only was noticable on the 400's, I guess I may have had a boost on the back straight of the 200s. Still, seemed I was going a bit faster than the last 2 outings.
