Really a rest day.
No rowing, no running, no biking. Massage and Ibuprofin.
Calf improving. Consulted with my coach, she thinks it will heal soon.
Ibuprofin before bed, lots of water.
Got lots of planting done.
Want to get the vegetable plants in this week so they get a bit established before I go away.
Got about half the Newton gardern done.
Tomatoes, squach, chard, peppers, cucumber seeds (we'll see how they do this early).

Warmed up for a 30-40 minute Threshold run. Got going OK, HR a bit low, but came up as I hit the trails, but rt lower calf was getting tight.
Has been an on off problem for about 2 months.
Slowed and altered my foot strike, but it got worse. Stopped to stretch to no avail, it was cramped up tight. Walk a bit, slow jog home.
Got worse over the next couple hours.
Not looking good for this weekend, and really bummed about it hanging around for a few weeks. Want to at least run in SWE.
