orienteering 1:37:00 [2] 9.0 km (10:47 / km)
shoes: Vintage VJ

Staking Traverse controls. Once I got the method down, only a bit slower than hanging only bags. Had them all in a back pack, which required a bit of ducking and weaving to keep the alu poles out of the trees.

orienteering 26:13 [4] *** 2.8 km (9:22 / km)
spiked:11/13c shoes: Vintage VJ

Didn't make the mass start, but had a pretty clean run, just to far right on 7, and 10. Less than optimal equipment as I had not brought good O shoes nor thumb compass, thought I would be done sooner hanging the controls.

rowing machine 20:47 [4] 5.0 km (4:09 / km)

Thought I'd try my hand at a 5000 time trial, and see if I could erg a decent running time. Started off conservative at a 4:20/K pace, felt OK after 2500m so picked it up, finished strong at 1:56/ for the final 500m.
Big question now is, could I run 5k this fast???
