At High Rock O map on red course april, 1990. Alternating legs with Samantha, going OK until I got completely misplaced amongst unmapped trails.

Last run before race next Sunday. Let Sam and Hill lead, but after 20 minutes realized I was just too tired to keep up. Had trouble getting HR above 145. Met them on the way back and felt a bit better, HR got to 152.
I think Sam and I were still tired from yesterday's bike ride.
