and foot and shin cramps last night as a result of the intense pickleballing yesterday. I wore old tennis shoes, which functioned fine, but have less support than any of my running shoes. or, I'm just not in shape for such shenanigans.

with Hillary and Christine, a tour of the Skyline trail...surely the hardest run I have done in a long time, can't remember the last time I ran in the Blue Hills. The Skyline was crowded more than I have ever seen, especially for a Thursday.
