Best and worst run of the weekend. Slowed down at the start and really got going. At the 14th control punched it and misread the number and was too flustered to compose myself and decided to run down a set of stairs and in circles before realising that I had actually just been to the correct control, dropped a solid 90 seconds there. Otherwise was reading the map well and felt good running into controls with confidence.

Not the best run by any means, lost at least 1 minute to the first control. Never really got going either, almost felt like I was going half pace. Ankle was also pretty tender.

Not doing to well on first controls, dropped at least 30 seconds after taking a poor choice through the sand dunes. Just felt a bit out of it today, somehow managed to qualify after once again not getting going. But no other major mistakes just a few minor things here and there.

Morialta. Pushed hard up the hills and took it easy for the rest, didn't want to slip up on the ankle.
