Run race (Parkrun) 21:00 [4] 5.0 km (4:12 / km)

Promised do to other activities on the day that I would just take it easy and sit on 4.30 pace. 4.30, 4.30, 4.11, 4.02, 3.47. Yeah that kind of went out the window.
9 AM

Jog (Morialta) 40:00 [2]

Cool down? run w/ Isabelle to show her 1st falls as the recent rain was going to have the falls flowing nicely. Saw 3 koalas which made her happy.

Apparently i made one bad decision which upset the umpiring director. So when a player takes the ball, runs 15m, has a bounce, then takes on two players and fails to dispose of the ball that shouldn't be holding the ball because he should have been given an opportunity to dispose of the ball.
He should be glad I didn't question some of his decisions where he failed to protect the player with his head over the footy as I'm instructed/informed that the any high contact is a free kick. End of rant.
4 PM

Orienteering Stuff (Flinders Uni) 35:00 [1]

Wandered around and put out some tape for sprint training. Few more showed up than expected which was cool. Should have set courses with some different controls rather than rehashing previous +/- a few.
Anyways, had told Isabelle I'd set some sprint training so all good.
Dinner @ Sushi planet afterwards - always delicious!
