shoes: Mizuno Wave Inspire 11

Team L'Attitude strikes again! Great time with two great gals! Scored a total of 933 point, and placed first in the female category. Our costumes (pink, green, and blue) were on point, and they obviously made us go faster. ;) Good job today everyone! :)

4. 50 reps Swiss ball pikes
5. 50 reps Crunches
6. 50 reps Bicycles
7. 50s Straight arm plank
8. 50s Elbow plank
9. 50s Elbow plank with arms out
10. 50 reps Full push ups (nose to the ground)
11. 50 reps Deadlifts with 45lbs bar
12. 50 reps Crunches on Swiss ball
13. 50s Swimmers
14. 50 reps Throw ups with 10lbs medicine ball
15. 50 reps JJ's

Took me 27:15.19 minutes, not a record but pretty close.

8 minutes of stretching.

Ran home from Campus after my chem midterm. Ran with my pack on the whole time... good practice for the Rogaine! Weather was very nice and made it back home just before it started to rain.
