Sprint at Booragul Campus. Felt pretty slow and made a number of stupid errors. Lost 10 secs on no.3 going wrong way around building, then lost 1 min on no.4 getting stuck in the thick bush - should have kept to the fence line, lost another 30 secs on no.5 going left instead of right through the gaps in the high fence. So not a good start. There were a few other small time losses. Finished well down in 7th, 2 minutes behind Macey/Ondrej/Brooner.

Sprint at Glendale HS and TAFE. Complex building network with different levels which made it a bit stop/start for me. Lost 30 secs on no.8 in the carpark by overrunning it. Lost a bit of time on no.19 not picking the best route choice too. Finished 2 min down on Macey.

Still feeling unfit and don't have any speed at the moment.

Good event out at Field of Mars. I wasn't expecting a bush event so wasn't too prepared with leg protection, compass and decent shoes but it was fun. I was pretty slow through the bush, one was in the wrong place and I stuffed another being well off direction. Peter Annets caught me and we ran together for the second half with varying route choices.

Run to the event via Lane Cove and then back after via the trails of Field of Mars, Blackman Park and then through Lane Cove back to Greenwich. Really getting slow after 2 hours.
