Still trying to keep up with my training even though my knees are injured. They didn't feel too bad on the machine, I took some ibuprofen and put ice on it afterwards.

I was on a good pace, even though I messed up bad on #1. Going to number 8 I tripped and fell down a rocky hill, I could barely walk, but then I realized I lost my glasses so I ended up just searching for them, my teammate caught up with me and he didn't get #1 so he helped me, took 20 minutes to find them, so I walked to the finish from there. Both knees are swollen, I hit my shin also so that's swollen. I just hope I recover fastly so I can continue training.

I was so exhausted today. I definitely wasn't ready for West Point, totally underestimated it. Hopefully tomorrow is much better. Couple of foolish errors, I need to pay more attention to distance estimation. I took a hard fall and got a cramp in my hamstring, I thought I had torn it at first.
