Very very slow today. New trails and all we had was an overhead Google maps map and couldn't figure out where we were so we just kept going then turned around and followed the same trail back.

Chest Day with two teammates, first time in the weight room in a while. Gotta get in shape as much as I can for the Ultra long. Had to force myself to eat healthy for dinner, tuna, brussels sprouts, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, and cottage cheese. Any recommendations on what else to eat? If anyone even looks at my log..
