Chest Day with two teammates, first time in the weight room in a while. Gotta get in shape as much as I can for the Ultra long. Had to force myself to eat healthy for dinner, tuna, brussels sprouts, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, and cottage cheese. Any recommendations on what else to eat? If anyone even looks at my log..
