Mostly Blue today. Some black hit us hard but we'll get there. Absolutely beautiful - could see salt lake from top. Did a mini lesson with an instructor today and basically toured the entire mt and got great tips on semi squatting while skiing - ended up working my quads a ton. Might pass on the run because of it. I love the mountains!

The hardest four miles ever. Possible due to the fact I'm at elevation in Alta, Utah right now. Great conditioning tho

4 x 8 shoulder @ 40
3 x 8 incline dumbbell press @ 45
3 x 8 pulldown @ 140 then 145
3 x 8 bicep curl @ 25 per arm
100 situps, and 1 pullup to prove I was spent!

Exams are over, army beat navy, and I'm headed to Utah for skiing - life is good! (and I'm going to work out over this break for sure!)
