Dumbbell Press: 10 reps at 22.5kg/arm, 10 at 25, 7 at 25, 5 at 25
Shoulder Press (all at 17.5 kg/arm): 10 reps, 6, 5, 6
4 x 10 Tricep Pulldown: 25kg, 25, 30, 30
Low Row: 10 reps at 60kg, then (8 reps at 65) x 3
4 x 8 Lat Pulldown: 60kg all
4 x 10 25kg bicep curls
3min of scissors/6inches/flutter kicks
