gorgeous run! made my way up to the mini Eiffel Tower, to Prague Castle, along the river, past the Charles bridge and back! picturesque weather. I try to run to every city I visit and I'm certainly glad I did!

Some of the best training I've had in a long time thanks to Anton and Schneider from PSV Dresden!! They put me a map and coordinated this sesh. Pretty flat and covered in bomb craters from when Dresden was bombed (how cool is that?!). These guys are about the same ability level (considering I really haven't orienteered in a while) as me so it really was just right! And it looks like I'll get to do a sprint on Sat and long on Sun near the border of Poland before heading to Hamburg on Monday!
