I'm back from the dead! BEAST was one of the best/most developmental experiences of my life! Now's time to run, lift, beach, and orienteer!!! It should be noted that I did Army style workouts about every day during BEAST and ruck marched a 3 mile and a 6 mile! Very tiring overall as cadre!
