10min of assorted ab exercises (flutter kicks, scissor, 10 inch hold, holding bicycles, etc)

Some people actually tracked over 23 miles walked. Considering I had Drill 1 detail, and ended up standing and instructing for over 8 hours, I'd consider this a fair estimate. All I know for sure is my feet were wrecked after the day ended
