Before biking Jake and I built a workout plan for this semester that better complements my overall goals of increasing cardio and muscular endurance this year. General outline (O-Team practices NOT included):

Mon - Chest/Tris endurance
Tues - Leg strength
Wednesday - Back/Bis endurance
Thursday - Chest/Tri strength
Friday - Leg Endurance (lots of stairs, leg presses, lunges, etc)
Saturday - Cardio (long run)

ALSO: I going to GA Navigators!!! O season again!
