-10:05min on VO2 increasing incline treadmill test - treadmill increased 2% incline every 1min until 5min, when it increased at 1% every 1min. treadmill set at 7mph constant speed

Hit bench, incline bench, and tricep pulldowns. Didn't have time for rest, but was glad I got to get some lift in!

Train track run--trains can be loud and epic! Foggy and misty West Point afternoon. Hit 4 miles then turned around and hit a fast tempo pace at 26min for 4 miles (6:30 pace).
