Shot plenty of rounds with an M4 on range day; did a fair of amount of moving/sprinting with my M4 during team room clearing day. Both days were lots of fun

Led 1st and 3rd squad missions as "Point Man" or navigator. I also took over as navigator for our second platoon mission. These missions lasted over a series of days, but is represented here. I was forced to look at a general map with much scrutiny under pressure--useful training indeed.

Solo course in full gear. Got 11/12 points, again one cluster got me. But it was fun and challenging to read general contours and discern distinguishable features.

Buddy team navigation course--we orienteering in full gear with extremely generalized contour map (which actually made it harder). 1 cluster control got me, but other than that it was fun training!
