Walked/toured DC for two days as a part of a school History Department trip. This walking distance is from 2 days--didn't thinking walking rest days deserved two separate posts.

Warm up. Long trail run. Ran mountain trail route. More trails back. Lots of snow!

Pretty sore from hills yesterday--even though I ended up climbing more elevation today.
