Spent a few hours at USMA Winter Skills Weekend session learning how to create Orienteering maps, run a meet, better distinguish features on a map, and orienteering skills in general.

Warm up. Rock climbing--bouldering for 1 hr. Solid forearm and, surprisingly, cardio workout. Cool down. Core work.

Warm up. 15 min Frisbee. Then 2min rotation of burpees, pushups, lunges, ab workouts and pull ups for remaining time. Cool down.
